We collect as little as possible. Right now, BrickRoom is in waitlist mode — the only data we collect is:

• Your email address when you join the waitlist
• The timestamp of your signup

Your email address is used for one purpose only:

• To notify you when BrickRoom launches
• Occasionally send product updates relevant to the launch

We will never send you marketing unrelated to BrickRoom, and you can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email or using the unsubscribe link included in every message.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. We may use a transactional email service to deliver waitlist emails — that service receives your email address solely for delivery purposes and is contractually prohibited from using it for anything else.

BrickRoom is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Rebrickable, Brickset, BrickLink, or the LEGO Group. LEGO is a trademark of the LEGO Group.

BrickRoom does not use cookies — not for tracking, analytics, sessions, or anything else. No cookie consent banner is shown because there is nothing to consent to.

We are committed to handling personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The only personal data we hold is the email address you provided when joining the waitlist, stored with your explicit consent for the purpose of notifying you at launch.

As a data subject under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Erasure — request deletion of your data at any time (see below)
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
